Treva Louise Diamond went to be with her Lord, October 14, 2015 at St. John's Medical Center in Tulsa with her loving family by her side.Treva was born August 8, 1948 to Horace and Jean (Nelson) Taylor in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Treva graduated from Caney High School in Kansas.Treva spent her life serving others as a Registered Nurse from 1987 until she passed, she worked at the Pawnee Hospital and the Cleveland Area Hospital many years. She loved spending time with her family, especially K'Sea her granddaughter. As a Nurse Treva went above and beyond what was expected, to help many people in the communities she served in, she was a kind and caring nurse. Treva will be missed by all who knew her.Treva is survived by two sons; Chris Smith and Rusty Diamond, one daughter; Sherri Smith, and one Special granddaughter; K'Sea Cleveland , two sisters; Donna Taylor and Darlene Miorandi.Treva was preceded in death by her parents Horace and Jean Taylor,her husband; Marvin Diamond, and son Darin Diamond.Services will be held Saturday October 24, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. at the Pawnee Indian Baptist Church with Rev Duane Pratt Sr. officiating. A Private Family Burial will follow and dinner will be served at the Pawnee Nation Roam Chief Building and all are welcomed to attend. Anyone is welcomed to bring a dish for the dinner and can drop it off prior to service at the Roam Chief building. Serving as Pallbearers are Randy Moore, Ralston Moore, Ryland Moore, Robert Shillings, Clifford Shillings, Jake Leading Fox. Services are under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home.
