Mara Lea Ann Carroll

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mara Lea Ann Carroll of Pawnee, Oklahoma on January 13th, 2022. She was 79 years of age.

Mara Lea Ann [Mitchell] Carroll was born on July 29, 1942 in Pryor, Oklahoma. Eugene and Mara Lea were united in Marriage in Ponca City, Oklahoma on January 31, 1959 and started their family of three children within the first year of marriage.

She will be remembered as a strong-willed, playful woman who was always entertained by or entertaining those around her. Whether it was making “We Be Shopping” sweatshirts for her group shopping trips or dressing up like an elf to hand out presents to her grandchildren.

She is survived by her Husband, Eugene Carroll. Daughter Jean Ann and son-in-law Johnny Grigg; Son Bobby Gene and daughter-in-law Alice Carroll; Daughter Tina Louise and son-in-law Charlie Banning. Also survived by grandchildren Brandi & Jimmy, Randy & Genna, Gregg & Jenn, Lindsey & Chris, Lacey, Mandy, Bobby Gene & Stephanie, Scotty, & Aaron. Great grandchildren Braxton, Kylie & Viv, Shelby & Zac, Colton, Bailee & Trey, Rowdy, Jesse, Madison, Gage, Trey, Tyson, Austynn, Gunner, Kiana “KiKi”, Benjamin, Trinity, Lily, Connor, Liam, Riley, Emmie, Casey. Great great grandchildren Mason, Braylee, and Cavatica.
