Joqueta "Jo" Nell Riding In

Joqueta “Jo” Nell (Hunt) Riding In passed away on February 8, 2023 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Jo was born November 29, 1945 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to William ”Bill” Hunt and Lora Mildred (Johnson) Hunt. Jo was raised and attended school in the Perkins, Oklahoma, graduating from Perkins High School “Class Of 1964”. Jo loved decorating, landscaping, listening to Gospel Music, and spending time with family and friends. Jo was caring, and generous, always putting herself last, Jo was always taking care of others. Jo moved to Pawnee in 1977, she married Cecil Riding In in 1990, Cecil passed in 2021 after Cecil passed Jo moved back to Perkins. Jo was a Marketing Specialist for Home Health Companies. Jo is survived by her son Jay Rose of Morrison, Oklahoma, daughter Juli and husband Steven Creager of Canadian, Oklahoma, grandchildren, Kylee Blair and husband Cody of Morrison, Oklahoma, Chase Creager of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Kenna Maxwell and husband Jackson of Mill Creek, Oklahoma, Kaitlyn Russell of Piedmont, Oklahoma, and Cody Rose of Grove, Oklahoma, great grandchildren, Carlee and Kason Blair of Morrison, Oklahoma, Carrter, Lyndee and Braylon Maxwell of Mill Creek, Oklahoma, Whitlee and Iley Russell Of Piedmont, Oklahoma, special “adopted” family Angel and Joe Rogers, Sophia Landon and Jenny, a number of nieces, nephews and cousins, and special friend Bill Graves, “The Girls” Of ’64 and good friend Shirley Scott. Jo was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Lora Hunt, twin brother Jim Hunt, brother Floyd Hunt, sister Georgia Stanley, and husband Cecil Riding In.
