Jarrod Robert Leader was born on January 9, 1989 in Ada, Oklahoma to Norma Renee Rice and Barney Leader. He passed from this life on Thursday May 31, 2018 at his home in Tecumseh, Oklahoma having reached the age of 29 years and 5 months.
Jarrod is survived by his mother, Norma Rice of the home in Tecumseh, his Aunt Letha D. Goodchief, also of the home in Tecumseh, his unborn child carried by his girlfriend Hannah Hogan of Tulsa, his brother Jonathan Mitchell Rice of Ponca City, his nieces Hazel Renee Fancy Eagle Rice of Ponca City, Acy Justine Marie Rice of Tahlequah, Uncle David C. Rice and cousins Kasey N. Rice and Daley D. Rice of Shawnee; Charles Alexander and children of Ponca City; and Tyler Jones of Seminole; Uncle Norman F. Rice, Jr. and Gwen Rice, cousin, Gabrielle L. Rice, and cousin Norman F. Rice, III of Tecumseh. Aunt Elizabeth R. Rice and her children; Grandpa Ronald and Grandma Minnie Rice and children of Pawnee, Grandma Charlene Horsechief of Topeka, Kansas; Grandma Irene R. Rice of Topeka, Kansas, plus other numerous relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his Grandma Justine Regina GoodChief Rice, his Grandpas Norman Francis Rice Sr., Donald E. Rice, Mitchell L. Rice, Merle Rice, and Prentiss “Joe” Rice Sr.
