James "Dugan" Miner went to be with the Creator on August 7, 2016 in Perry, Oklahoma.Born to Marlene Hall-Zotigh in Enid, Oklahoma on April 1, 1966. He was the oldest out of numerous brothers and sisters. He is survived by his mother, Marlene of Red Rock, sisters Katt, Caroline, Rosa, Velda, Emily, and Dena, brothers LeRoy, Poncho, Carmello, James, Tyler, and Trevor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his grandparents Wilson Hall Zotigh and Manuel & Caroline DeRoin Knifechief; Aunties Irene, Angella, and Tammy; Uncles Harry, Ted, and Tommy, and also "The Prince" Isaac Reveles. Dugan graduated from Red Rock High School in May of 1986, he played basketball where he was known for his sweet three-point shot. He enjoyed watching Nascar races especially Dale Earnhardt Sr., spending time with his family, cooking his specialties chili dogs and spaghetti and being a Great Uncle. He enjoyed sitting outside on the porch (shirtless) always putting out the vibe. He also loved watching and cheering for the OSU Cowboys. He enjoyed being employed by 7 Clans Paradise Casino as a Security Supervisor, he also helped his family prepare traditional feasts for many people in need. A traditional noon meal will be held at Otoe Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 services were under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home, his final resting place will be at Otoe-Missouria Cemetery.
