Jackie Dale “Jack” Reeves of Glencoe, Oklahoma was a beloved Father, grandfather and
great-grandfather. Through his life he poured his heart and soul into all that he did; he was a
U. S. Army veteran, farmer, oil well pumper, industrial worker, and most importantly he reached
the souls of people for Christ through Ministering and teaching classes multiple times a week in
communities around his home in Glencoe.
He always made sure the doors were open, no matter the circumstances. He was a strong,
kind, wise, and a Christ like brother to all. He was a Dad, Grandfather, and Friend to many in
the community. He loved bowling, coaching little league, watching his kids, grandkids, and
great-grandkids play ball. He was almost always found center court, behind the plate and
waiting after the game for a hug and to say “I’m proud of you!”
He will be deeply missed and grieved by those he left behind. However, he is no doubt going
to be welcomed into heaven hearing “well done good and faithful servant” as he enters his new
home with Christ. He is survived by the love of his life Martha Reeves, children James and June
Reeves, Vivian and Donnie Clary all of Glencoe, Timothy and April Reeves of Okmulgee, and
JoNell and Greg Thompson of Joplin, MO as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Two sisters, Mary Harwick and Janice Bartlett and numerous nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly.
