Inez Louise Kline, 88, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018, at the Stillwater Medical Center. Inez was born December 17, 1929 to Charles and Wilma (Aydelott) Busha in Henryetta, Oklahoma. She was raised and schooled in the Henryetta-Dewar area. Her family moved to Pawnee in 1945, where she played basketball for the Pawnee Black Bears and graduated from Pawnee High School in 1946. Inez had a 52 year apparel career in Pawnee. She worked at Marx's Department Store for 19 years before opening her own store, Inez's Apparel, which was in business for 33 years.
Inez was a strong woman with a generous heart and a deep love for her family. Spending time with her beloved family and friends was an important part of her life. Even in retirement, Inez was ready to help anyone who was in need. Watching Oklahoma State sports and the Oklahoma City Thunder was a favorite pastime. Inez will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved her.
Inez leaves to cherish her memories, her son; Greg Kline, and daughter; Ellen Langley, 5 grand children and 6 great grand children, sisters; Charlene Hunter and Imogene Brayley, many other relatives and a host of friends.
Inez was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jack Busha.
Services will be held graveside on Thursday, August 16th, at 11:00 A.M. at the Highland Cemetery in Pawnee, with Senior Adult Minister Chan Ray officiating. Services were entrusted to the Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services, friends can share a memory for the family at www.poteetfuneralhome.com
