Dona Gene (Smith) Gregory

Dona Gene Smith Gregory (GHĒ-MĂH-KWĀ, Princess), knowing her LORD JESUS CHRIST, went in love, peace, gladness, and faith to Him in the early morning hours at her appointed time, on October 11, 2019. Born October 17, 1944 to Charlie and Velma Peters Smith, at Pawnee, Ok., Dona is a member of the Sac and Fox Nation, and of Pawnee and Otoe descent. Preceded by many family members and friends, grandparents Jim and Minnie Peters, Mom and Dad, brother Kenneth, sister Berdina, all her uncles, all her aunties, save one, and many other loved ones. Yet to follow: husband Kenneth, daughters Margaret McIntosh and Kelly Rice, sons James and David Gregory; grandchildren, Gwen Piccolella, Jamie Joshua, Camie McIntosh, Sunny Harms, Zachary Rice, Tamie Jean McIntosh, Kayla Gregory, Kali Ann Gregory and Matthew Gregory, and 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, June, Virginia, Nena, and Brother Tommy; many beloved nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and ever faithful Aunt Jo.
