Billy Ray Willis was born on March 27, 1957, to Archie Floyd and Rachel Willis in Pawnee, Okla. Billy attended church and Pawnee public School! He left home at an early age an began working in Tulsa at The Steel Mill for 10yrs at OG&E for 10yrs! Billy enjoyed Traveling all over the United States visiting his family and raising his dogs, that he took on ALL HIS TRIPS! The COUNTRY GENTLEMEN, as he referred to himself settled down, fell in love and married the love of his life, Mary Rice in 1991! Billy a MANDIGO WARRIOR ABSOLUTELY LOVED HIS FAMILY AN LOVED BEING WITH THEM! He enjoyed life to the fullest and FISHING was his passion! Always reminding us that "A man is Nothing without his working tools"! Dolla Bill didn’t Take NO MESS and had a Heart of Gold! He is TRULY MISSED BY HIS FAMILY. He WILL FOREVER BE A LEGEND! Billy Leaves behind Three sisters, Elnora Shinault, Rose Mary Willis and Edna Martin of Stillwater, OK Three brothers Sylvester Willis of Cushing, OK; Charles Ray Willis of Stillwater, OK; and Troy Lynn Willis of Perry, OK. HIS children and grandchildren Billy Willis Jr, Dontae Pearson, Yama Willis, Leola Minniebell Willis, Lady Willis, William Willis. Grandkids; Dishay Fanly, Taryn Jackson, Lamorisheana Jackson, Marcus Taylor, Marquan Taylor, Nekole Willis, Melita Willis, Aaron Willis, Kaydence Smith, Christopher James Smith Jr, Ke’Ziah Willis, Jonathan Willis, Donnte Rashon Pearson, Dallas Rush Pearson A HOST OF NIECES AN NEPHEWS WHO LOVED HIM DEARLY He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Willis; mother Rachel Willis; BroBeggar D Willis; brothers Ernest Joe and Archie Floyd Willis Jr. AUNTS, COUSINS AN UNCLES
